We have used the experience from over 85 consulting projects to further develop the Motion Mining® technology and now have a very large wealth of experience in process knowledge. We know what information is really valuable for companies. Together with our customers, we have integrated our knowledge of processes, mobile sensor technology and artificial intelligence into a product solution and tested it in practice. The result is a mobile Motion-Mining® solution that enables companies to independently analyze their processes in terms of efficiency and ergonomics.
The measurement results are made available as key figures or in clear visualizations such as diagrams or heat maps in an analysis dashboard.
With the help of MotionMiners PROCESS INTELLIGENCE (MPI), users can easily carry out Motion Mining® projects on their own – from process definition to the final evaluation of results.

EASY TO USE MEASURING EQUIPMENT
Sensors collect the necessary raw data
The operation of our hardware has now become even easier and enables our product customers to independently collect activity and ergonomic data. An important component of our MotionMiners PROCESS INTELLIGENCE (MPI) is a mobile and comprehensive hardware package, which is delivered in a robust transport case and serves as measuring equipment on site. Process workers wear sensors comfortably on their wrists and belts for data collection. Wearing these sensors allows all work processes to be carried out in the usual way. The included beacons are placed in the environment and on work equipment whose activity is also to be measured for the purpose of localization. All recorded data is synchronized using a docking station and transferred to the MPI analysis dashboard, where it is clearly visualized. This enables your employees to identify potential for optimization on their own.

AI-supported data evaluations
The MotionMiners PROCESS INTELLIGENCE (MPI) analysis dashboard allows users to create the processes under consideration and evaluate the uploaded measurement data using our AI models. Each evaluation receives specific key figures and descriptive representations of the data obtained.
MPI is a valuable tool for the execution of analysis projects. In addition to process definition and evaluations, the platform also offers various reporting and export functions.
Manual work processes can thus be analyzed and optimized in terms of their efficiency and ergonomics quickly and in a time-saving manner and on the basis of solid databases.
