Die Motion-Mining® Technologie
Wir, die MotionMiners GmbH, sind ein Spin-off des Fraunhofer-Instituts für Materialfluss und Logistik und haben die Motion-Mining® Technologie entwickelt. Dabei werden mobile Sensoren (Wearables) und Kleinstfunksender (Beacons) verwendet, um die manuellen Arbeitsprozesse aufzunehmen, während sie ausgeführt werden. Aus den Prozessdaten werden automatisch, mithilfe von Machine-Learning-Algorithmen, Arbeitsschritte rekonstruiert und einer weiteren Analyse zugänglich gemacht.
Diese Bewegungen bilden die Basis einer Datenanalyse, um die manuellen Arbeitsprozesse hinsichtlich der Effizienz und der Ergonomie zu analysieren. Somit lassen sich sehr einfach und schnell Optimierungs – und Einsparpotenziale aufdecken.

Zum einen können Sie sich im Rahmen unseres Beratungsprojektes voll auf die Erfahrung unserer Prozessingenieur:innen verlassen und gezielt Prozesse betrachten, die bisher nicht hinreichend analysiert wurden. Die Kombination aus umfassenden Auswertungen durch unsere Prozessingenieur:innen und der MotionMining® Technologie liefert Ihnen konkrete Optimierungspotenziale und Antworten auf Ihre individuellen Prozessfragen.
Zum anderen steht Ihnen die Motion-Mining® Technology als Lizenzpaket, bestehend aus Hard- und So warekomponenten, für den Eigengebrauch zur Verfügung. Dabei werden Ihre Mitarbeiter:innen in den Grundlagen der Technologie geschult und sind dadurch im Nachgang in der Lage, eigenständig Motion-Mining® Prozessanalysen in Ihrem Unternehmen durchzuführen, Daten auszuwerten und Optimierungspotenziale abzuleiten.
