Warehouse Logistics
Discover practical case studies now.
Do you want to understand which main and secondary activities occur within your logistics processes? Are you looking to identify the actual lead times for individual process steps? Are you unsure whether your workflows include ergonomically demanding tasks?
With Motion-Mining®, we shed light on hidden inefficiencies and provide data-driven transparency and a solid foundation for process optimization.

By using wearables and machine learning algorithms, we enable automated, objective and anonymized data collection that makes previously invisible optimization potential visible — without manual time studies or IT integrations.
Non-transparent processes
Unknown waste costs
Missing process KPI's
High costs for process recordings
Decrypting the process black box
Data-based basis for decision-making
Process transparency - and visualization
Identification of optimization potential
In this case study, find out how we have analyzed process times and bottlenecks in the handling area by using Motion-Mining® technology.
Would you like to know your actual vehicle utilization or how many empty trips are made per day?Discover these and other powerful analytics for your fleet now.
Motion-Mining® can be used to measure all processes, such as storage, relocation and removal, added value (display construction and assembly) and vehicle analyses. If necessary, the analyses can be carried out by additional MTM recordings be supplemented.
Motion-Mining® makes it possible to compare calculated target times with real actual values and thus reveal the actual logistics costs. This makes the actual effort per process or process step transparent. This forms the basis for optimizations and cost-based pricing. There may even be a differentiation at customer or product level through Operational data matching possible.
As early as possible to benefit from the analysis results as quickly as possible. A common basis for negotiation can be created by transparent processes making it possible to negotiate on the basis of established actual values. They provide the basis for calculating individual services and identifying potential improvements. It also offers an advantage during the next contract negotiations.
In principle, there are no restrictions on the number of processes or the area. These depend on the issues and project goals.
A Motion-Mining® project usually takes three months. However, it can take more or less time depending on the scope and requirements.
