In the first step, students receive an introduction to the topic of "Data-Driven Process Analysis and Motion-Mining®".
In a first simulation round, two people are equipped with sensors and perform picking in a deliberately non-optimized process.
Students are actively involved in the analysis process using MotionMiners PROCESS INTELLIGENCE (MPI) and attempt to uncover optimization potential.
Together with your students, implement the identified optimization potentials.
In a second simulation round, the now optimized process is analyzed again using Motion-Mining® technology in order to compare the key figures and analysis results afterwards.
