Customer Goal:
FIEGE aimed to gain greater transparency into actual co-packing operations and understand the factors influencing process performance. Specifically, the goal was to evaluate lead times, material supply, and manual tasks using data-driven insights to effectively derive future improvement measures.

Key Findings:
The analysis uncovered several relevant opportunities for optimization in co-packing. By objectively evaluating actual workflows, specific areas for action were identified, and process improvements were assessed based on data. In individual sub-processes, potential savings of approximately 12% were identified.
